Join us for our Spring Concert, with special guests the Chicago Community Chorus, Keith Hampton, Music Director.
The program is designed to explore universal challenges and inspirational examples of togetherness and will feature music from American composers such as Leonard Bernstein and Eric Whitacre, and international melodies from India and Syria. With sections focusing on the devastation of war, the unity sought it its aftermath, and the pursuit of happiness that comes in peace time, audiences will journey through a range of human emotions led by gorgeous melodies by composers from G. F. Handel to Ted Hearne. This concert will be in collaboration with the Chicago Community Chorus, led by Music Director Keith Hampton, and will also feature one of Mo. Hampton’s choral pieces.
Tickets are $30 in advance, $35 at the door ($15 advance and $20 at the door for students).
